By adding PokeNav Team Bot to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server and stop using it.

1. What PokeNav Team Bot Is

PokeNav Team Bot is a free Discord bot that helps Pokémon GO tournament communities manage team lineups, track match scores, and schedule matches. It is a hobbyist project provided as-is, with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or continued availability.

2. Who Can Use the Bot

You may use PokeNav Team Bot if you:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot or its infrastructure
  • Violate any applicable law

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your Discord server. Server administrators who add the bot accept these terms on behalf of their community.

4. Availability

PokeNav Team Bot is provided free of charge as a hobby project. We make no guarantees about:

  • Uptime or reliability
  • Accuracy of data stored or displayed
  • Continued operation — the bot may be shut down at any time without notice

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of PokeNav Team Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the bot, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
