Changing the League

The Change League option in the Edit Schedule menu switches a lineup to a different tournament format. This replaces all existing slots with the slots for the new league.

When to use it

Use Change League when:

A lineup was created with the wrong league by mistake
Your team is moving to a new format mid-season and you want to reuse the existing lineup message

How it works

Click ✏️ Edit Schedule on the lineup embed.
Select Change League from the dropdown.
A dropdown appears listing all available leagues. Select the new league.
A confirmation step appears. Click Confirm to proceed or ← Back to cancel.
The lineup slots are replaced with the slots for the new league. The embed updates immediately.

Warning

Changing the league deletes all existing slot data for the lineup — player assignments, match times, and scores are all cleared. The team name and title are preserved.

After changing

Once the league is changed, use Change Lineup to reassign players to the new slots.
