Overriding a Match Time

The Override Match Time option in the Edit Schedule menu lets managers set a match time for any slot, regardless of whether the player has entered one themselves. The time is interpreted in the manager's own saved timezone.

When to use it

Use Override Match Time when:

• A player's match time is incorrect and needs to be corrected
• A player cannot use the bot themselves and you need to enter their time on their behalf
• You need to set a time for an unassigned slot in advance

How it works

1. Click ✏️ Edit Schedule on the lineup embed.
2. Select Override Match Time from the dropdown.
3. A dropdown appears: "Select the slot whose match time you want to set...". Choose the slot.
4. A date picker appears showing a window of upcoming days. Select the date of the match.

5. A text input modal appears: "What time on Weekday (Month DD)?". Enter the match time.

   The bot accepts flexible formats, interpreted in your saved timezone:

   Format	Example
   24-hour	14:00
   12-hour with AM/PM	2:00 PM
   12-hour without minutes	2 PM

6. The embed updates immediately with the new time shown in each viewer's local timezone.

Notes

• The time is interpreted in the operator's timezone, not the timezone of the player assigned to the slot.
• Make sure your timezone is set correctly before using this feature. Use /timezone to check or update it.
• Overriding a match time replaces any previously set time for that slot.
